• TrolleySmart is not a price comparison app - there are some good price comparison solutions out there already, and they are complementary to TrolleySmart.  
• TrolleySmart is not advertising - our product matching engine finds matches for products the consumer is looking for with suppliers that meet their criteria.

 Our Commercial Model

Transparent and very cost-effective 

• No PPC (Pay Per Click)  
• Your listings are free.
• PPC is a somewhat flawed model that is often under attack from nuisance clicks, click malware, and accounting differences between your counting and that of the hosting provider etc.  We believe it is simplest to avoid it. 

• No setup and maintenance fees
• No monthly fees
• No setup fee will be required if you can provide a CSV, XML or JSON file or datafeed API.  (our representative will explain what those are)
• If you prefer we crawl your site, there is a small setup cost ($200NZ) required the first time and every time you update your web site - but we will waive this fee for the remainder of 2017.

• Pause or terminate your campaign at any time.  You’re in complete control.

Billing Process (premium partners only)

• If you are on the free Basic Partner plan - you can skip this section :-)
• You can switch to Premium Partner at any time, and switch back to Basic Partner at any time.  A Premium Partner subscription lasts for one calendar month, even if terminated earlier.  
  E.g. if you start on the 4th of April, it will run until midnight the 4th of May, even if you decide to cancel on the 18th of Apr.
• Premium Partner Invoices are generated in arrears on the day following the anniversary of the subscription.  Ie on the 5th of May for the period 4 Apr - 4May incl.) for the above example
• Invoices are payable by the 20th of the month following the invoice.
• We calculate the # of products on the platform using a daily average for the previous month.  Most retailers tend to stay within the same band each month.

Steps To List Your Store

• One of our account representatives will contact you to go over our terms & conditions, requirements, method to acquire your product listings etc.
• Accept our terms & conditions, and login to your merchant portal.
• We’ll let you know once your products are visible online.
